What is Crystal Alert and who is it for?
Crystal Alert is a document expiry & reminder manager for companies that need timely renewals. It centralizes all expiries across Company, Employees, Vehicles, and Properties with clear alerts and logs.
Which documents and entities are supported?
You can track Passport, Visa, Company Registration (CR), Vehicle Insurance, Vehicle Permit, Tenancy and more. Documents can be linked to Company, Employee, Vehicle, or Property. Types and fields are configurable.
How do alerts and “Warn Before” work?
Set a “Warn Before” period (e.g., 30/60/90 days). Crystal Alert schedules notifications ahead of the expiry date and can repeat reminders until renewed and closed.
Can I create reminders without a document number?
Yes. Use General Reminders for events such as inspections, meetings, or follow-ups that don’t require a document record. They support dates, notes, and recurrence.
Does it support attachments and bulk import?
Attach files (e.g., scans, PDFs) to each record. Use CSV/Excel import to onboard large datasets quickly, with field mapping and validation feedback.
What about roles, audit logs, and compliance?
Role-based access controls who can add, edit, or renew. Every change is captured in the audit trail—user, time, and action—for accountability and compliance reviews.
How are plans different?
All plans have the same features. Pricing is based only on document capacity: Free (12 docs), Standard (50 docs), Premium (Unlimited). Annual billing offers a 2-month saving.
